Mike Rahn
I was shown at an early age by my dad, who knew these waters best, where, when, and how to fish for a multitude of different species. I have been fishing the Detroit River and Lake Erie my entire life and know these waters well. Following college, I moved to the Florida Keys to work on good friend's charter boat where I gained a wealth of knowledge and became a captain. I look forward to fishing with you and providing a first-class angling experience.
The Boat
The boat is a Ranger 2310 (23 Foot) bay boat powered by a 250hp Yamaha. It has the latest electronics and Minn Kota products. The boat provides a very safe and dry ride for an enjoyable day on the water. The boat meets and exceeds all USGC safety requirements. No bathroom on the boat, but bathroom options are available. While fishing the river, there are restrooms nearby if a pit stop is needed.
